- How long
- 2 weeks
- How it is billed
- Fixed fee, one agreement
- What happens at the end
- It ends. There is a deliverable and a decision, and no rolling commitment.
One agreement, agreed before we start. The number comes up on the call, because it moves with the scope and a figure on a page that does not know your scope is a figure you would have to correct anyway.
How it works
- 013-5 days
Business Discovery
We meet the decision makers to understand your business challenges, goals, and existing processes. This phase focuses on identifying pain points and opportunities where AI can make an impact.
- 023-4 days
AI Opportunity Assessment
Our team analyzes your data, technical infrastructure, and industry-specific use cases to identify the most promising AI applications for your business.
- 032-3 days
Strategic Roadmap Creation
We develop a prioritized AI roadmap with clear timelines, resource requirements, and expected outcomes. Each initiative is scored by impact and feasibility.
- 041 day
Executive Presentation
Final presentation to your leadership team with actionable recommendations, ROI projections, and a clear path forward for AI adoption.
Every candidate in, one decision out.
Two weeks is long enough to look at the candidates properly and long enough to rule most of them out. What comes out is an order of work, and an answer about whether there is one.
Everything below is in the agreement.
Each line is written into the scope before we start.
- Your AI opportunities, ranked by value and effort
- The first three projects, and what each one needs to start
- Cost and expected return for each, and how we got to the number
- A presentation to your board, given by the people who did the work
- Two weeks of questions answered after the sprint ends
What you'll receive
What is written down at the end of the two weeks
- 01
AI Opportunity Report
Detailed analysis of AI use cases specific to your business, including technical feasibility and business value assessment.
- 02
Implementation Roadmap
A strategic 12-18 month roadmap with phased approach, timelines, and resource requirements for each AI initiative.
- 03
Business Case & ROI
Financial analysis and ROI projections for each recommended AI initiative to support investment decisions.
We need three things from you before we start.
Every ask on this list is something only you can bring. The boxes are drawn empty on purpose: ticking them is your call.
Two hours a week from the people who decide
A sponsor and the heads of the teams in scope, for the interviews and the go or no-go.
Read access to the systems in play
The ERP, the CRM, the mailbox, whatever the process runs on. Read only; nothing is written.
One process you already suspect
The job your team does by hand, a different way each time. We start there and widen only if the data says to.
Work that began with this package.
Every one of them is on this site with what it does, what it is built with, and who stays in the loop.
Frequently Asked Questions
This sprint is ideal for organizations that recognize AI's potential but need clarity on where to start. It's perfect for C-level executives, innovation teams, and business leaders who want to build a strategic AI roadmap without committing to a full implementation upfront.
We'll need approximately 10-15 hours from the people who decide, across the 2 week engagement. This includes initial interviews (2-3 hours), workshop sessions (4-6 hours), data assessment collaboration (2-3 hours), and final presentation (2 hours).
We start with stakeholder interviews to understand your business context, followed by technical assessment of your data and infrastructure. Our team then analyzes industry best practices and creates a customized roadmap. The sprint concludes with an executive presentation and detailed documentation.
You'll have a clear roadmap and can choose to proceed with implementation independently or engage us for AI Pilot or a full AI Rollout. We provide 2 weeks of post-sprint support to answer questions and refine the roadmap based on your feedback.
Three steps, and the first one is thirty minutes.
No form to fill in, no scoping document to write before we speak. The call is where we find out whether there is a project here at all, and we will say so if there is not.
- 0130 minutes
A call
Thirty minutes. You describe the job that is slow. We ask what the exceptions are, because that is usually where the work is.
- 022 working days
A written scope
What we would do, what it costs, and what you get at the end. One page, sent within two working days.
- 03The week after
We start
One agreement, signed once. The first round begins the week after.
One path, four stages, and training alongside it.

Bring us the problem nobody has cracked yet.
We are a small team of senior specialists. We pick the right model and the right layer, and we build the least machinery that does the job. You get a call with an engineer, not a sales deck.
