How clear is your organization's AI strategy and vision?
What people ask before they start.
Four dimensions: strategy and leadership commitment, data infrastructure and governance, team skills, and what is already running. Twelve questions, and it scores each dimension separately because an organisation is rarely at the same level on all four.
Four. Beginner, where the work is foundations and awareness. Developing, where pilots exist and the job is scaling the ones that worked. Advancing, where several things run and the job is governance and optimisation. Leading, where capability is mature across all four dimensions and the job is keeping it current.
Three to five minutes. Twelve questions, no preparation, and you can answer honestly because nothing is shared with anyone until you choose to ask for the report.
A score per dimension, the level it puts you at, and recommendations written for that level rather than generic advice. The weakest dimension is usually the useful part: it is where the next project should probably start.
It is a real diagnostic that we also use in the first days of a discovery sprint. It will tell you the answer is not yet, when the answer is not yet. A readiness check that never says wait is a brochure.
Only to receive the written report. The score and the level appear as soon as you finish.
Bring us the problem nobody has cracked yet.
We are a small team of senior specialists. We pick the right model and the right layer, and we build the least machinery that does the job. You get a call with an engineer, not a sales deck.
