04

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who act on our behalf, when required by law, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. The main processors we use are: Cloudflare (hosting and security), HubSpot (CRM, contact forms and marketing), Google (Analytics and Ads, loaded through Google Tag Manager), PostHog (product analytics and session recording, hosted in the EU) and LinkedIn (advertising measurement). The analytics, advertising and marketing providers only run after you accept cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details of the cookies each one sets.

05

Google API Services and Google User Data

When you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in to the Dypsis AI customer portal, we use Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) with the non-sensitive scopes openid, email and profile. We access only the Google account information listed below, and only to authenticate you and to create or identify your account. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or any other restricted or sensitive Google API scope, and we do not use Google user data for advertising or to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. This information is stored in our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) as your identity record, is transmitted over TLS, and is never sold; it is shared only with the sub-processors that operate the service on our behalf (such as Supabase for authentication and database, and Cloudflare for hosting) or where required by law. We retain it for as long as your account is active and delete it when your account is deleted; you may request deletion by contacting privacy@dypsis.ai. Dypsis AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Your Google account email address
  • Basic profile information (name, profile picture, locale)
  • Your Google account identifier (OpenID "sub")
06

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

07

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

08

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your information.

09

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10

International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers, including Google and LinkedIn, are based in the United States, so your information may be transferred to and processed there. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.
