- How long
- 4+ weeks
- How it is billed
- Fixed fee, one agreement
- What happens at the end
- It ends. There is a deliverable and a decision, and no rolling commitment.
One agreement, agreed before we start. The number comes up on the call, because it moves with the scope and a figure on a page that does not know your scope is a figure you would have to correct anyway.
How the rollout runs
- 012 weeks
Infrastructure Assessment
Evaluate your current technical infrastructure, data pipelines, security requirements, and organizational readiness for production AI deployment.
- 022+ weeks
Production Integration
Build production-grade infrastructure, integrate AI into existing workflows, implement monitoring and logging, and ensure enterprise security and compliance.
- 032+ weeks
Optimization & Scaling
Fine-tune performance, optimize costs, implement automated retraining pipelines, and prepare the solution for scale.
- 04Ongoing
Knowledge transfer
Training, documentation, and the internal practices that leave your team working without us.
It runs inside what you already have.
Nothing moves to a system of ours. Production sits on your stack, under your permissions, with monitoring and an audit trail, and our team once it is live.
Everything below is in the agreement.
Each line is written into the scope before we start.
- Full production implementation
- Infrastructure that carries production load
- Governance rules for the system
- Team training and knowledge transfer
- The practices your team keeps after
- 2 months of ongoing support
- One named technical contact
What you'll receive
Enterprise-grade AI infrastructure and capabilities
- 01
Production AI System
Fully integrated, scalable AI solution running in your production environment with enterprise-grade reliability.
- 02
Governance rules for the system
Policies, procedures, and controls for responsible AI use, including compliance, ethics, and risk management.
- 03
Monitoring & Observability
Monitoring dashboards, alerts, and a record of how your AI systems perform.
- 04
Team training
Training programs and resources to build internal AI capabilities and ensure long-term success.
We need three things from you before we start.
Every ask on this list is something only you can bring. The boxes are drawn empty on purpose: ticking them is your call.
What runs today, declared
Every agent, flow and tool you already have, written down once. Atalaia does the rest.
A named counterpart
The person who gets the call when a vendor ships a breaking change at three in the morning.
The numbers you already track
We measure against them, not against new ones invented for the report.
Work that began with this package.
Every one of them is on this site with what it does, what it is built with, and who stays in the loop.
Frequently Asked Questions
AI Pilot proves one thing works on your data. AI Rollout takes it to production scale. This includes enterprise infrastructure, security hardening, compliance, scalability, monitoring, governance frameworks, and comprehensive team enablement. It is the difference between one system that works and an organisation that runs on it.
Most engagements run 6 to 12 months, depending on complexity and scope. We work in phases, and each phase ends with something that already serves. The first systems go into production within the first 3 to 4 months; the tuning and the training carry on after that.
You'll need dedicated stakeholders including a technical lead (10-15 hours/week), data team members (varies), security/compliance representatives (5-10 hours/week), and executive sponsor (2-5 hours/week). We work closely with your team to build internal capabilities.
You'll have a fully operational AI system, trained team, and established processes. We offer ongoing support contracts, but many clients successfully manage their AI systems internally. We're always available for expansion projects, optimization, or new use case development.
Three steps, and the first one is thirty minutes.
No form to fill in, no scoping document to write before we speak. The call is where we find out whether there is a project here at all, and we will say so if there is not.
- 0130 minutes
A call
Thirty minutes. You describe the job that is slow. We ask what the exceptions are, because that is usually where the work is.
- 022 working days
A written scope
What we would do, what it costs, and what you get at the end. One page, sent within two working days.
- 03The week after
We start
One agreement, signed once. The first round begins the week after.
One path, four stages, and training alongside it.

Bring us the problem nobody has cracked yet.
We are a small team of senior specialists. We pick the right model and the right layer, and we build the least machinery that does the job. You get a call with an engineer, not a sales deck.
